Dawn Bank

Dawn Bank is a Canadian artist that started painting at a very young age. Art has always been an integeral part of her life! Dawns first passion is oil painting and now added miniaturist. Born and raised in Toronto, spending summers in Muskoka exploring the beautiful nature.She is now based in Brant County, Southwestern Ontario Canada. With a career spanning 18 years she has showcased her work in Toronto, London, Paris, Brant County, and all over Ontario in over 100 exhibitions. Dawn Bank is a self taught artist that is greatly inspired by the world that surround her.

Dawn was introdused to the miniature would by helping a friend, she did not step in, she jumped in. For the last three years she has been creating and growing with her miniature creations. Dawn has showcased both her unique paintings and detailed miniatures in galleries and events accross Ontario. Dawn Bank as a self taught miniaturist works primarily on food creations and dollhouse furniture but she is always up for any challange. Dawn primarily works in 1:12 and 1:24 scale.

Despite her relatively short career in this new direction her work has already been showcased in galleries and art fairs and sold all over the world.

Art comes naturally to her. There is a great sense of fullfillment every time she creats something new.
